Details:
recurring meeting
meeting in lotus notes mail-in database
Issue:
Environment is Exchange and Lotus Notes co-existence, exchange user has sent a meeting confirmation out from an existing Lotus notes mail-in database to recurring meeting recipients and observers multiple failures (see above for error) for all the exchange recipients. Meeting confirmation delivers successfully to Lotus Notes recipients.
The organiser of the meeting (although from a Mail-in databse, has an account on Exchange 2010).

Solution:
The only solution at this point is to cancel meeting and recreate new one in Exchange.
NB: The Error message is configurable in Quest CMN.
Find:
NotesRescheduledSeriesDescription under the Notification Messages and replace the existing test with something more meaningful to a user who might receive such a message, indicating that re-creating the message in Exchange will no longer cause delivery failures.
