Tips:
How to turn on Spell checker
-          Open outlook 2010
-          Click on File, Options.
-          Click on “Mail” Tab.
-          Select the check box for “always check spelling before sending”. Click OK.

How to setup Signatures
-          Open outlook 2010
-          Click on “File”, click on “Options” 
-          Click on “Mail”, click on “Signatures” button.
-          Click on New and type in the name of your signature.
-          Type in the contents of your signature, adjust the fonts and formatting using the tools. Click Ok
-          If you want a signature attached to every message, select your signature next to “replies/forwards”.

Keeping sent items of a shared mailbox in its sent items folder :

When you send an e-mail message from a shared mailbox in Outlook 2010, the sent message is not saved in the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox.

There is a workaround involving a regkey edit on the users desktop to fix this. Ideally in a larger organization, adding this to a GPO would be more ideal.

Regkey:
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Preferences
• On the Edit menu, point to New , and then click DWORD Value .
• Type DelegateSentItemsStyle , and then press ENTER.
• Right-click DelegateSentItemsStyle , and then click Modify .
• In the Value data box, type 1 , and then click OK .
• Exit Registry Editor.
